The gum is always helpful to have on hand because whenever you get a craving you can just pop a piece in your mouth and it will help to curb that craving. Some people turn to hypnosis when they want to quit their smoking addiction.

If hypnosis is more your style this is always a superb option, one that has proven to work effectively for many people. If you need to have others around you to support you for something this huge then joining a support group may be the best idea. Being around other people who understand you and who are there to support you is really going to help you stick to it. The most important thing is you are trying to make this positive change in your life and quit a horrible and unhealthy habit.
