You should add a tablespoon of honey to the tincture. It is a great remedy to deal with nervousness, increased irritability and insomnia caused by abandonment of smoking.

The course of treatment usually lasts for 2-3 months. There should be an interruption of 10-14 days every month. You should change the remedies periodically.
